John Baldridge III President
As President of Upright Construction and Estate Management, John is dedicated to providing an honest Upright experience for our clients, partners and team members, creating a culture that treats all people with dignity and respect.
John is hands-on and personally involved in overseeing all aspects of the business by working directly with architects, designers, and owners from pre-construction through completion to daily on-site inspections of each construction project.
John is known for his unwavering work ethic, communication and genuine care and compassion.
Lorena Baldridge Designer
Lorena received her Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and Business Management in 2012 and then went on to obtain her degree in Interior Design. She has always had a passion for architecture and design. Lorena enjoys a modern, clean and sophisticated aesthetic but can appreciate every design style.
